This is a natural process coffee that has a very mild acidity, subtle strawberry and melon, with a bit of chocolate finish. As the cup cools, the acidity begins to change to feature some pomeranate and cranberry notes. The body is quite pleasing and rounded, with a long finish. We are so happy to have this limited coffee to share with you.
