This single origin offering is brought to us from our friends at Mayan Winds. It is an organic offering that hails from Chiapas. As typical of high quality Mexican coffee, is has a very balanced body and acidity. The cup offers some warm spices and almond nuttiness up front, and finishes with smooth milk chocolate. It will shine in almost any brewing method.
