Our current offering from Ethiopia is a beauty. The sweetness and gentle flavors have exquisite clarity. We combined a washed processed and a natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the same group of small landholders in the Gedeo region of Yirgacheffe. We roasted these lighter than usual to bring out the delicate floral notes and gentle sweetness.
They both came with marks of "Aster" and "Melaku" on the bags we've never had before. They translate as "Star Angel". If you're a fan of Ethiopian coffees we think you'll really enjoy this blend.
